Realogic joins REjournals.com conference

Training Satisfaction Results Chart

On January 18, 2011, Realogic will make its first appearance at the 9th Annual Commercial Real Estate Forecast Conference sponsored by rejournals.com.

Held at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, Realogic is excited to meet the luminaries of the field and exhibit in its own booth for the first time.

Representing Realogic's consulting services and software solutions at the conference will be Realogic President Dale Vanderlaan as well as John Johanson from Realogic's Marketing and Business Development departments.

Realogic Tools version 2.2 released

In November 2010, Realogic.net announced version 2.2 release of Realogic Tools. The new release features enhancements to many of the existing reporting tabs including the Rent Roll, the In-Place Report and the Annual Consolidated Cash Flow report.

Initially released in 2007, Realogic Tools is a Microsoft Excel Add-In for analysis and reporting of ARGUS Valuation-DCF data.

The 2010 Training Survey Results Are In!

In October 2010, Realogic Analytics conducted its first online survey. Previous training attendees were asked a variety of questions on the subject of Commercial Real Estate Training.

The objectives of the survey were as follows:

  • Identify who takes Commercial Real Estate training courses
  • Evaluate attendee satisfaction
  • Gauge customer interest in
    • new topics
    • alternative methods of training delivery

After a month of submissions, the results were tallied. The answers we received confirmed some long held beliefs but also suggested some interesting surprises.
