Missner Group Chooses Realogic for Software & Lease Admin

The Missner Group

In late spring, Skokie, IL-based The Missner Group was looking for Lease Administration for their office, industrial and medical office portfolio.

They needed a service provider that could gather the financial and legal responsibilities throughout their leases and administer them on an ongoing basis. They also needed those abstracts to be done into a system that would provide multiple financial reports including rent rolls and encumbered space reports as well as generating critical date e-mail alerts.

It didn't take long for The Missner Group to decide that their needs were best satisfied by Realogic. Realogic uses its team of expert lease administrators in conjunction with Realogic Abstract, a web-based abstracting and administration application, to provide The Missner Group with a complete and up-to-date picture of their lease holdings.

Realogic Tools Adds Custom Module

It's hard to believe but it has been 3 years since the initial release of Realogic Tools.

The Excel Add-in for Reporting and Analysis of Argus data has been in constant development, which allows us to regularly add features. We are always looking to improve our software and make it even more valuable to analysts and C-Levels alike.

We also value all the feedback you have given us over the past 3 years. Often, requests we receive revolve around modifying our Excel output to contain extra tabs or custom reports.

To that end, we are pleased to introduce our "Custom" module for Realogic Tools. Similar to "Value" or "Portfolio", this is an additional module available for purchase that enables you to add extra tabs automatically to the Excel report package.

If you have an interest in this new module, please contact your Realogic representative for additional information and pricing.

Influx of Industry Hiring Leads to Sold Out Training

ellen teaching Since the beginning of the year, the Realogic training department has received a higher demand for professional training, Argus-DCF ® specifically.

When asked why Argus training had suddenly become so popular, Ellen Hayes said, “Everyone is hiring new analysts, bigger companies in particular. They need to learn the programs our industry uses fast without interrupting their senior staff. We give those companies a cost-efficient alternative.”

Due to the rise of interest, Realogic added a second series of Argus classes for August and will do the same for September. If you still need to learn Argus, seats are filling up fast so secure a seat for an upcoming session today.

Realogic hits the rooftops with clients and staff

While the Chicago baseball teams may be muddling through a mediocre season, that didn't stop Realogic from enjoying a summer afternoon with some local clients on a wrigleyville rooftop.
