- Completed lease abstracts during due diligence
- Used ARGUS® and compared results to the cash flow analysis
- Summarized differences for appropriate negotiation by client
- Ongoing cash flows exported into tailored spreadsheet projecting FFO, straightlined rent adjustments, leveraged and unleveraged returns and yields
- Performed cash flow analysis and valuation and return sensitivities under critical, due diligence time constraints.
- Upon closing, assets converted to Dyna (ARGUS Asset Management®) for asset management purposes.
