Ellen Hayes rejoined the firm as Manager of Training Services in 2008. She is responsible for coordinating and providing the firm's training services (> 500 attendees trained). She has additional responsibilities which include financial modeling/analysis, acquisitions/dispositions analysis and due diligence, financial proforma development and review, and underwriting support.
Her prior experience with Realogic includes performing various due diligence assignments for large scale acquisition projects which included, preparing discounted cash flow analyses for large, commercial real estate assets using Argus and Dyna, and reviewing financial aspects of the acquisition and disposition due diligence process. She also completed site inspections for many asset types, including land valuation and hotels and conducted onsite Argus training seminars for multiple clients, including a large international client.
