A commercial real estate valuation and financial analysis training class was recently presented to university students at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and the Wharton Real Estate club, by Dale Vanderlaan, President of Realogic Analytics. The half day classes focus on general valuation and modeling concepts, industry best practices and case studies. Vanderlaan, an industry expert with over 20 years experience, has provided this type of training to hundreds of industry experts and students.

“Getting a handle on how valuation and financial analysis is used throughout an assets life cycle, in addition to the software options that are available, is a tremendous tool for students who are just entering the field,” Vanderlaan says.

Vanderlaan has modeled and provided valuations for thousands of building assets and portfolios throughout his career. In addition, he has traveled to universities around the country, sharing his expertise and experience with undergraduate and graduate students.
