Jean Dorans Named Managing Director for Realogic Analytics, Inc. Print

Realogic Analytics, Inc., announced the hiring of Jean Dorans as Managing Director, effective immediately.  Dorans assumes control over Realogic’s due diligence services and will contribute to Realogic’s lease abstract and administration, financial analysis, budgeting and debt underwriting service offerings.

Most recently of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors, Dorans assisted in the transactions and closings of over $27 billion of Equity Office dispositions, $2.5 billion of CarrAmerica Realty Corp. dispositions and $249 million of acquisitions from February 2007 through May of 2009.

Prior to Blackstone, Dorans spent 10 years at Trizec Properties where she rose to the role of Senior Vice President. She was involved in $11 Billion in transactions while at Trizec and managed 26 people in three different departments (Due Diligence, Financial & Strategic Analysis and Lease Administration).
