On Wednesday, April 28th at Realogic's downtown Chicago training facility, Realogic COO Jim Pettinger will present the advantages and methods of integrating accounting system data with ARGUS Valuation - DCF software.

Realogic Analytics is proud to announce the next free Lunchtime Learning session on Wednesday, April 28th. Speaker James Pettinger, COO of Realogic Analytics, will present a 30 minute talk on the advantages and methods of automating the flow of data from your accounting system (whether it's Yardi, CTI, MRI or others) into ARGUS Valuation - DCF.

Included in the April topic will be:

Why importing accounting system data into ARGUS Valuation - DCF saves time and reduces the likelihood of errors How Realogic has gone through the process of migrating accounting data from all major systems How your company can achieve similar results

Speaker:Jim Pettinger, Realogic COO
Jim Pettinger joined Realogic in October 1993 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer and a partner in the firm. His primary responsibilities include: monitoring Realogic’s internal quality control and review process, practical application of technology solutions, management of large assignments and the day-to-day management of resource allocation and workflow. In addition, Jim is involved in new product development along with continued development of Realogic Abstract™, Realogic Budget™ and Realogic Tools™.

Jim has more than 16 years experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Realogic, he worked with Meaden & Moore, a regional accounting firm specializing in investigative accounting and litigation support. Jim is a CPA.

Lunchtime Learning is a free educational session where industry experts teach an abbreviated class on a currently relevant commercial real estate topic. The classes occur during the lunch hour in Realogic's downtown Chicago training facility (230 W Monroe, Suite 1000) on a monthly basis. The goal of the sessions is to establish a healthy network of commercial real estate professionals interested in continuing their understanding of the commercial real estate industry.
