Jim Pettinger joined Realogic in October 1993 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer and a partner in the firm. His primary responsibilities include: monitoring Realogic’s internal quality control and review process, practical application of technology solutions, management of large assignments and the day-to-day management of resource allocation and workflow. In addition, Jim is involved in new product development along with continued development of Realogic Abstract™, Realogic Budget™ and Realogic Tools™.

Jim has more than 16 years experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Realogic, he worked with Meaden & Moore, a regional accounting firm specializing in investigative accounting and litigation support. Jim is a CPA.
