Sal Caldarone has been Realogic Analytics' Chief Executive Officer since 1992 when he co-founded the company. He is responsible for establishing corporate strategy related to Realogic’s service and software businesses, and the integration thereof.
He is active in the on-going evolution of Realogic Abstract™, Realogic Budget™ and Realogic Tools™. Sal also led the firm’s efforts in the development of Ellipsis, Realogic’s legacy lease administration software solution, providing the real estate expertise necessary to develop the software.
Sal has more than 20 year of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to founding Realogic, he was an Assistant Vice President at Orix Real Estate Equities, participating in the acquisition, syndication and asset management of U.S. real estate on behalf of Japanese investors. Previously, Sal was employed by VMS Realty Partners as a syndication analyst. He is an Illinois certified public accountant and started his career with KPMG in the real estate audit division. |
Dale Vanderlaan is President of Realogic Analytics and co-founded the company in 1992. Dale is primarily responsible for business development of the firms consulting services and its software solutions. Dale often plays a direct role in client engagements.
Dale has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to founding Realogic, he was Development Manager at ORIX where he was heavily involved in the management of the development process of commercial real estate throughout the country. Prior to ORIX, Dale participated in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and asset management process of office, retail, industrial and hotel assets for Fifield Realty and VMS Realty Partners. He is an Illinois CPA and started his career in the audit division with KPMG. |
Jim Pettinger joined Realogic in October 1993 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer and a partner in the firm. His primary responsibilities include: monitoring Realogic’s internal quality control and review process, practical application of technology solutions, management of large assignments and the day-to-day management of resource allocation and workflow. In addition, Jim is involved in new product development along with continued development of Realogic Abstract™, Realogic Budget™ and Realogic Tools™.
Jim has more than 16 years experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Realogic, he worked with Meaden & Moore, a regional accounting firm specializing in investigative accounting and litigation support. Jim is a CPA. |
Jean Dorans joined Realogic in July of 2010 as Managing Director of Due Diligence services. Before Realogic, Dorans assisted in the transactions and closings of over $27 billion of Equity Office dispositions, $2.5 billion of CarrAmerica Realty Corp. dispositions and $249 million of acquisitions from February 2007 through May of 2009.
Prior to Blackstone, Dorans spent 10 years at Trizec Properties where she rose to the role of Senior Vice President. She was involved in $11 Billion in transactions while at Trizec and managed 26 people in three different departments (Due Diligence, Financial & Strategic Analysis and Lease Administration). |
